My Marathon Training – Week 1 Complete

I have successfully made it through Week 1 of the training for my 2nd marathon. It was a good week and I am so glad to be getting back into it and on a consistent schedule. I even bought some new shoes since my last ones were from my last marathon and needed to be replaced. MY mileage for the week was of course pretty low as this was week 1 but that is a good thing. Do too much too quickly and we all know what happens.
