		<description>I agree with the make up of the parts of the cool down, but I wholeheartedly disagree with the amount of time spent doing it, specifically the difference between a professional and an amateur athlete. The time spent doing cool down activities depends on a number of things, i.e. effort and time expended and the weather for some.  Run Good!</description>
