One thing that has helped me in the past on those long runs that you might think of...if you think of a long run in a series of run blocks, such as 3 10ks for a 30k run, sometimes that feels more comfortable than running the whole 30k.  Any way that you are doing it, it&#039;s great!  Congratulations and best wishes for continued success!</description>
