		<description>One thing I do is when i'm on the road for business I use www.mapmyrun.com to see what (if any) fun runs are mapped out in the area.  That way you can get excited about a particular route and that helps motivate me!

While I'm here, how's your 1/2 M clinic going? Would the training plan be friendly to doing a 10k race on Dec. 11? Dawn and I are going to race Catch the Elves and wonder if you'll be there.</description>

		<description>Have a great weekend and goodluck getting in those weekend runs. Travelling can sometimes put a damper on planned runs. But where there's a will, you will find a way. I once had my hubby drop me off 10km before the hotel. He drove the rest of the way back and relaxed while I ran back to the room. I got some strange looks from the desk clerk...lol.</description>
